De BP93420DI is een differentialdrukzender die gebruikmaakt van het piezoresistieve effect van halfgeleider siliciummateriaal om de differentialdruk om te zetten in een elektrisch signaal.Het wordt hoofdzakelijk gebruikt voor het meten van kleine verschillen in druk van niet-corrosieve droge gassen, geschikt voor toepassingen in industrieën zoals boilerluchtvoorziening, ondergrondse ventilatie in de energie- en mijnbouwindustrie,en automatische drukdetectie in ultrazuivere werkplaatsen voor procescontrole.
