De kern van de HT26 silicium piezoresistieve druksensor is een zeer stabiel diffus silicium element.met een diameter van niet meer dan 20 mm,De HT26-compensatie wordt aangeboden in een lasbaar pakket of met een verscheidenheid aan draadvormige toebehoren, zoals 1/4 en 1/8NPT, 1/4BSP en aangepaste procestoebehoren.
