HT-IQT Siliconen Piezoresistieve Druksensor
Introductie van siliconen druksensor:
HT-IQT is een druksensor met vlak membraan en een zeer stabiele siliciumchip voor hoge temperaturen. De gevoelige chip komt niet direct in contact met het te meten medium. De druk wordt overgebracht naar de gevoelige chip via het roestvrijstalen membraan en de afdichtende siliconenolie, en de weerstandsbrug van de chip verandert, wat resulteert in een verandering in spanning, en de spanning verandert naar het millivolt niveau. Dit product is een klemstructuur voor hoge temperaturen, gemakkelijk schoon te maken, produceert geen kristallisatie in het schroefdraadeinde, gemakkelijk schoon te maken, eenvoudige installatie, hoge betrouwbaarheid. Geschikt voor voedsel, gezondheid en andere industrieën.
